About this service
Arrabon partners with Stepstones in order to provide continued support and counseling to past residents transitioning from community residential programs. Hope For Youth assists after-care clients with a variety of life skill activities.
These life skills range from assisting with further education applications, helping to secure employment or permanent housing, providing counseling, or just simply providing an ear to listen when the youth need a trusted confidant. The goal is that these young people transition to an independent, productive and meaningful adult life.
