COSTIs Ralph Chiodo Family Immigrant Reception Centre provides temporary accommodation and initial settlement services to government-assisted refugees referred to COSTI by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and refugee claimants through the City of Toronto's Shelter, Support Housing Administration.
