About this service
The Youth Inclusion Program provides neighbourhood based programming and individual support created to fit the needs of youth ages 12 to 24. Our goal is to create a safe and positive environment for youth to reach out for extra support when needed. Our program is youth centered and youth led. Built into the program are opportunities to access healthy adults and peers who can provide guidance, support and mentorship.
