The Centre Offers Individual, Couple, Family and Group Counseling Services to Victims of Domestic Violence, Victims of Childhood Sexual Abuse, Grief and Caregiver Counselling, Adults Charged With Domestic Violence, and Walk-in Counselling Services. the Centre Now Offers a Ptsd Counselling Self-help Group, a Men's Engagement Program for Men Who Want Clinical Support in a Group.

Individual, Couple, and Family Counselling -First Step Program for men who are abusive to their partner -Women In Need (WIN) Program for women who want to build a healthier and safer relationship -RISK Support Group for women in or have been in abusive relationships -Women in Transition Group is a 12 week educational support group for women in abusive relationships -Counselling to adult survivors of child sexual abuse -HOPE Group is support for parents of acting out teen(s) -Parent Support and Counselling -Support to Marriage Preparation programs in Catholic parishes -Grief Support Group at the 55 Plus Centre
