About this service
Polio Virtual Support Group
Social distancing doesn't have to mean disconnection - our online programs will help you stay connected and engaged from the safety and comfort of your own home. MODC offers online programs and platforms for polio survivors and their loved ones, that connect you to a community of people who understand. Connect with polio survivors all throughout the country in this weekly virtual support group. A great opportunity to meet new people and reconnect with others, and to share and learn about new resources and information. All are welcome!
Yoga for You
MODC is happy to incorporate an exercise program as part of our new online programs. These half-hour online yoga sessions can be done from the safety and comfort of your home or wherever you happen to be. Enjoy the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of gentle breathing and movement with an experienced yoga instructor. Email bstupar@marchofdimes.ca or call 1-647-225-5176 to register.
