About this service
COVID 19 Update on Operations:
- Guests must register for all swims in advance via the ePlay portal. Please note it can take up to 48 hours to process registration for the portal
- Guests must arrive 20-minutes early to complete pre-entry screening, sanitization and payment
- Change rooms will be open, but capacity will be restricted, and lockers will not be available
- Guests are advised to arrive in swim attire
- No pool toys is permitted in the pools
- No outside equipment is permitted
- You must book a spot to swim before you arrive. Go to www.stcatharines.ca/swimming
- Water fountains will not be available; guests are encouraged to bring their own filled refillable water bottles
- To ensure equitable access to as many swimmers as possible the maximum length of each swim session will be 50 minutes
- Lengths Swimming, Water Walking and Womens Only will be offered in the lane pool
- Leisure Swimming, Soak and Stretch, Adult Swim, Water Walking and Womens Only will be offered in the leisure pool
