About this service
Hospice Quinte is committed to protecting the health and safety of everyone in our community and understands that individuals still need grief and bereavement support, now more than ever. In order to continue to provide as much support as we can at a safe distance, Hospice Quinte will now be offering Peer Telephone Bereavement Support until social distancing is no longer required and our Grief Toolbox support groups can resume. Peer Telephone Bereavement Support is available for individuals who are 18 years or older, living in Quinte, and have experienced the loss of a loved one within the past 3 years, whether that loved one be a child, a young person, parent, sibling, a close relative, friend, neighbor, or work colleague. Peer Telephone Bereavement Support will be provided by a Hospice Quinte volunteer.
