The Anglican Churches of Quinte West (ACQW) is a vibrant Christian community that was formed in 2007 when the congregations of Holy Trinity in Frankford, Christ Church in Glen Miller, and St. George's in Trenton unified. This organization spans from the Bay of Quinte up the Trent-Severn Waterway. The clergy for the organization include Rev. Lynn Mitchell, a liberal, theologically progressive Christian, and Rev. Canon Dr. Thora Wade Rowe, who has over 25 years of experience in ministry. Each church within the ACQW holds a rich history and features unique, artistic details like stained glass windows. The ACQW connects with and serves their broader communities by preaching and teaching Christian education and embodying the principles of inclusion, diversity, and openness.
