About this service
We offer support and our knowledge and experience to people who have a Mood Disorder. We get together to discuss various topics that might help our recovery. We invite speakers, have potluck suppers and other activities. We are NOT experts but we do have experience with Mood Disorders. We offer a safe place to talk and get advice, opinions and we are totally confidential!
The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free support and recovery programs to people across Ontario living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder. We provide drop-in peer support groups, recovery programs, family and youth clinical support, early intervention for mood disorders and psychosis and online tools focused on wellness and recovery.
