About this service
Our Building Bridges staff connect with high school students living with developmental challenges. While still in high school our staff will assist students, and their families, to plan for the future, with a focus on accessing services that will be needed as adults, discovering post-secondary and employment opportunities, connecting to social groups and getting involved in recreational and social activities.
