About this organization

Leads is a not-for-profit employment and skills development organization for people, including youth, with visual and non-visual disabilities and/or barriers to employment age 14 and up in London, Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford, Huron, Perth, Lambton, Bruce & Grey Counties, Ontario.

Leads is a no cost service to job seekers that are eligible for funding by Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services or Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities or Government of Canada or Social Services, Ontario Works of London, Middlesex and St. Thomas.

Leads is a NO COST, not-for-profit service to the business community in supporting their hiring and post hiring needs. Leads has successfully placed over 20,000 candidates with disabilities and/or barriers at minimum wage or better positions with more than 15,000 employers since February 1986.
