About this service
Positive Workplace Framework (CMTP)
The CMTP is a support service provided by a mental health professional. It aims to establish a culture of positive mental health in the workplace by making available to staff members the tools and adequate resources so that they jointly commit to building a positive professional environment.
The approach proposed in the context of this mandate is based on the Positive Workplace Framework developed by WMA Wellness.
Validation tools administered anonymously are offered in order to evaluate the results and adapt the pace of progress to the needs of each organizational environment.
