In order to respond to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and keep you safe, we have made substantial changes to the services normally offered to you. We are limiting in-person contact at the Centre and are offering phone and virtual support as much as possible. All groups, classes and events are cancelled until further notice. Somerset West Community Health Centre (SWCHC) is a non-profit, community-governed organization. We were established in 1978 and are located in the heart of Chinatown.
