About this organization

Ottawa South West serves as the primary location, where Destinys Way strives to provide additional support to the ongoing goal of community integration, inclusion, and acceptance.

Located just outside the historic town of Merrickville Ontario, our alternate location was the orginal site for Destinys Way Support Services. Its quietly nestled on one hundred acres of farmland, in a circa log home, built in 1867.

Our Founder and Executive Director, Jacqueline Mansell, is a registered practical nurse who works along side a support staff of Developmental Service Workers (DSW), Social Service Workers (SSW), Personal Support Workers (PSW), and University graduates. These individuals all have the wonderful ability to provide a high level of compassion, nurturing, care, and empathy. Together they provide families with an opportunity to take a well needed break. Day, overnight, and after school programs are currently being offered to families on an as needed basis.
