We are a multidisciplinary team of psychotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists. As the name implies, we provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of mental health and life problems. All our therapists have been formally trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapies. However, we only offer those therapies which have published scientific evidence. We are a training practice for licensed health professionals and those working towards their license.
We also provide training in cognitive behavioral therapies through our partner organization Unified CBT Academy
