About this service
Our Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network Clinic (known as the GAIN Clinic) is for seniors who live at home or in a retirement residence. It is a Nurse Practitioner led clinic staffed by a team of health care professionals who are experts in seniors health. It is designed to provide care to our seniors to help keep them out of Emergency Rooms, and able to remain in their own homes enjoying a high quality of life.
If you think you would benefit from the services of the GAIN clinic, please make an appointment with your family doctor to find out more. You must be referred by a doctor or nurse practitioner to make an appointment with the GAIN clinic.
