About this service
Our staff model residences service clients whose needs require 24 hour support and supervision. Residents of our staff homes have demonstrated a need for a more structured treatment setting. They generally have been unable to function in a less structured environment such as foster care and typically need to work through trauma based issues and develop inter-personal strengths, coping strategies and anger management skills. Within the Treatment Milieu, Enterphase has avoided traditional group programming in preference of a more normalized and individualized living circumstance.
