About this service
We believe that Indigenous children must have an equal opportunity to grow up with their family, in their community and in their culture. No Indigenous child should have to forgo this opportunity as a result of poverty or an inability to access basic services.
We are proud to work with our partners at Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services who were designated as an Indigenous Child Wellbeing Agency in 2019, serving the Durham Region as well as the surrounding area.
If we receive a referral with a concern about a child or youth of Indigenous heritage, we will take the call and then work in partnership with Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child and Family Service to ensure that the family receives the best service possible.
