About this service
Is designed as an 18 to 36 month placement to support the future planning for individuals moving to the adult developmental service sector. This option also includes respite options and emergency support options (see below). The length of stay is flexible and designed to help determine, through a person directed planning process the best long term options as a transitionally aged individual moves to adulthood. CRSS works with agencies and funders to ensure access to long term services is available through existing referral mechanisms such as DSO.
