About this service

Promoting independent living for individuals with a Not Criminally Responsible Status (NCR).

The Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Program team works in partnership with Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, and offers intensive supports for individuals with NCR status. The program is currently funded to support eight individuals at a time. These individuals are seen by a Case Manager twice (or more) per day.
