About this service
The Integrated Medicine and Rehab Services (IMRS) program at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital (OSMH) is a redesign of care for patients that will focus on an inter professional model of wraparound care, enhancing the transitions between phases of care and the continuity of care provided by inpatient, outpatient and community teams working together. Patients admitted to this unit will be able to receive acute medical care, rehab care, palliation without ever having to change rooms or care teams.
