About this organization

Project SHARE provides emergency food to an average of 100 families per day who are living below the poverty line in Niagara Falls. Families can come once per calendar month for their perishable and non-perishable grocery pickup, and once per week for perishable items such as fresh produce and bread. Clients must show proof of residency, income and dependents every time they access this program. The Homelessness Prevention Program assists individuals and families who are in need of finding affordable housing. Through this program our workers will work closely with clients to aid their search and supply up to date housing listings in the Niagara Region. We will also assist with Niagara Regional Housing Applications and arrange and provide transportation to shelters. A resource room is available to help assist with searching for housing.
