The Housing In Place (HIP) program provides supportive housing and intensive case management for people with serious mental health issues and/or those with problematic substance use who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program offers elements of real choice as it relates to preferred communities and services thereby promoting recovery, independence, housing stability and increased quality of life.
