About this service
COVID-19 Update:
We are taking appropriate precautions and only scheduling visits for patients that absolutely must be seen due to exceptional circumstances. Going forward, in almost all cases, engagement with your physician, nurse practitioner, and all other providers will be carried out over the phone.
Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS) is a free, confidential telephone service that is available to enrolled patients for health advice from a Registered Nurse when the CHFHT clinic is closed. Phone Number 1-866-553-7205
At the CHFHT, we offer a wide range of services and programs which include:
