About this service
CK Clarke Centre is a six-bed residence providing support to adults who are or have been involved with the forensic mental health system. CK Clarke Centre provides 24 hour support and individual case management to develop long term transitional goals, life skills, and relapse prevention plans. Through a person-centred goal planning approach, participants are supported to attend community programs, find employment, and establish health care connections. Referrals are made through the SouthWest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care.
