About this service
We offer support to secure permanent housing throughout the city of London for singles, couples and families who have a history of homelessness, and do not receive any other formal community supports. The team has a Housing Selection Worker, Housing Stability Workers, an Addictions Worker and a Recreational Therapist. Support is self-determined and offered 1:1 in your apartment, out in the community and through a variety of groups. Support is provided intensively for the first 3 6 months, then as needed up to 2 years, and permanently for those who require long term support. Individuals are responsible for paying their own rent using shelter allotment from ODSP, OW, or another type of income. Staff are committed to helping individuals live independently, improve their quality of life and achieve a sense of community belonging.
