About this service
Our Long Stay Residential Treatment Facility provides an opportunity for people who have been hospitalized in a mental health facility (or who are at risk of hospitalization) to live in the community. Supports include psychosocial rehabilitation and clinical support in a home-like environment on a beautiful residential street. Our staff team includes nurses, personal support workers and mental health workers.
