About this service
The Family and Child Support Program provides a licensed child-care setting for children up to twelve years of age whose families are experiencing an emergency/crisis, stress, disruptive situations or are in need of respite or support.
The Family and Child Support Program provides a safe, secure, predictable and nurturing environment so parents/caregivers can focus on building their own capacity while the children are supported by experienced and knowledgeable staff. The focus for the program is on helping the children to discover their strengths, build their resiliency skills, identify, label and express their feelings and increase their sense of belonging and self-esteem.
