About this service
Merrymounts Crisis Residential/Respite Program (CR/RP) provides a high quality, licensed residential program for children from birth to their 13th birthdayoffering 24/7 continuous respite/emergency care for children who are experiencing mental health challenges/concerns or are at risk due to precipitating factors within the family (trauma, toxic stress, attachment concerns etc.).
Merrymount can accommodate up to 18 children each night, providing a safe and positive environment for the children. The Crisis Residential/Respite Program develops individual care plans for each child, focused on building the childs capacity, resiliency, emotion regulation, coping strategies, social skills and life skills for the children through age appropriate experiential diverse programming and activities.
