Welcome to fatherhood! Here is your guide on how to support your partner, take care of another human being, maintain your own identity, all while feeling like your entire life has changed. We understand the unique challenges that comes with becoming a new father. You are tired and overwhelmed. You may be longing for your old life. You love this new member of your family but dont feel as connected as you thought you would. We work with new dads because we understand these challenges.
