The Orientation Services for Newcomers (OSN) team provides one-on-one support for newcomers when they first arrive and after they have settled in their new home. Following the initial move, newcomers often have questions about completing government forms, registering children for school, finding a doctor or dentist, and understanding Canadian expressions.
