About this service
For newcomers experiencing language barriers, cultural isolation and unfamiliar surroundings accessing important community services can be a challenge. Our CSS team helps Government Assisted Refugees (GARS) access resources they may need for their health and wellbeing. From initial health screening to the development of personalized settlement plans, CSS Case Managers play an important role in supporting our newcomer clients in their first year.
