About this service
This welcoming five bedroom London home supports youth transitioning toward independence, as well as those who are at risk of hospitalization. Our on-site team offers a psycho-social rehabilitation program that will help you increase your life skills in order to live well in the community.
A Registered Practical Nurse is on site to help you with medication education. Everyone has as private bedroom and shares common areas with the other residents. You are responsible for the cost of rent and groceries. Length of stay is short term and based on individual need. The maximum stay is no more than one year. The house is equipped with wifi.
