About this service
This program is a supervised day service providing social, recreational and personal support to clients and respite, information and referral services for their caregivers. Each client is assessed and an individualized care plan is developed. Meals and snacks are provided, and clients can also access on-site nursing services through VON. Transportation and foot care can also be coordinated.
Program Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
