In-Home Support
The Community Support Centre offers personalized in-home care designed to keep seniors in their homes and remain independent, healthy and safe. Often times families can feel overwhelmed while supporting an aging parent or loved one. We are here to help relieve some of that stress.
Our support workers will design a care plan based on your needs.
We can help with:
- Preparing meals
- Laundry assistance
- Companionship
- Shopping assistance
- Assistance with paying bills
- Snow Angels (shovel municipal sidewalk)
