About this service
Traumatic and Critical Incidents in a workplace, school and/or community setting, such as a significant medical emergency or accident, a serious injury or death, a serious assault, or any event beyond the range of usual human experience can have a lasting debilitating impact on individuals, if unaddressed. Carizon offers immediate, supportive, on-site group and individual debriefings, consultation for leaders, and follow-up counselling. Our Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services can reduce the acute distress, facilitate individual and group resiliency and foster a solid return to personal/workplace/community wellness. Carizon is committed to offering affordable programs. These services are offered on a fee-for-service basis.
