About this organization

The Seniors Association provides programs and services to seniors in the Kingston and Islands area with the aim of keeping seniors living happy, healthy and independent lives in their own homes as long as possible. Programs cover a wide range of social, mental and physical options from card games to philosophical discussions to line dancing to basic fitness and more with over 200 classes available each semester. Clinics include Footcare, legal advice, blood pressure monitoring, arthritis, and hearing loss. Our restaurant and cafe serve nutritious meals at a low cost. In addition, volunteering is a good way to avoid social isolation and we have over 600 volunteers who assist in all aspects of the Association.
