About this service
The Christmas Marketplace at the Venture Centre brings the joy of the holiday season to more than 6,000 people. Good Shepherd will welcome 2,418 households, comprising 2,300 adults and 4,400 children, who strolled the aisles of our marketplace for food, clothing and new toys. Preparing for the Christmas Marketplace is a community effort. A wide variety of organizations, private companies, schools, service groups, help Good Shepherd prepare for the 10 days of the Christmas Marketplace. During shopping time Good Shepherd welcomes more than 1,000 volunteers who support shoppers, bag groceries and toys, and restock the shelves.
