About this service

The Supportive Housing Program of Wayside House of Hamilton is truly integrated with the Residential Treatment Program. This creates an environment where individuals who have benefited from the residential experience, can transition to housing with ease and access to an array of supports. Wayside House of Hamilton believes that one of the most important variables for individuals recovering from substance dependency is the relationship that the client is able to develop and maintain with program, staff, and peers.

All clients entering into the Supportive Housing Program originate from the Residential Program, as an integrated extension. Client selection for our Supportive Housing Program is based upon suitability and availability. We are unable to guarantee that a client will transition into our Supportive Housing Program.
