About this service
Working within the Housing First philosophy, Homeward Bound provides street and peer outreach services, cultural supports, wellness and community resource referrals, as well as housing resources to the chronically and episodically homeless urban Aboriginal population in Hamilton. We are both a service and a resource for other Aboriginal and mainstream organizations.
Our team is mobile, meeting individuals where they are at physically, mentally, emotionally, and spirituallyas we strive to walk alongside our clients on their journey from the street to safe, appropriate housing of their choice.
