About this service
Programs include:
- Dinner 'n Discussion - Tuesday evenings - involves a meal, prepared by a volunteer with the assistance of the clients, followed by a discussion designed to help the participants think about their lives differently.
- Morning Start - Friday morning breakfast program - designed to be a light, social time (with good food) that ensures that at least once a week, clients who may be struggling with depression, have a reason to get out of bed at a reasonable time.
- Friday night board games - games are a great way for people to get to know each other because they dont require making small talk, but peoples personalities come out all the same. Snacks provided.
- Men's Den - Often people wrestling with addictions find weekends difficult, as it is a long stretch of time when there are fewer programs offered. To assist in meeting this need, The Bridge offers a mens social night Saturday evenings. This night features a meal, movies, games and laughs.
