About this service
Our Adopt-A-Family/Seniors Program matches low income families and seniors within the Hamilton area with individuals families or groups.
Sponsors connect with our agency and ask for a family or seniors to adopt and staff pair them with a family and/or seniors that meets their needs.
The identity of the families and seniors are kept confidential and a number system is what helps staff identify the sponsored family.
When adopting a family you will help provide food for their Christmas holiday and you will also get a wish list for each child. This assures them that they can enjoy the holiday season without the strain of worrying if they can put food on the table or to have gifts for their children under the tree.
This is only possible because of the kindness and unselfishness of our community.
