About this service
LEAF is an anti-violence program for women and children who have been exposed to domestic violence and is run in collaboration with Mission Services, Good Shepherd and Catholic Family Services. Domestic violence can be physical, sexual, psychological, emotional and/or economic. We work with families that have experienced all types of violence/abuse.
The purpose of LEAF is to help end the cycle of abuse, foster healthy relationships and keep families safe.
Our program offers
- 10 week groups for women & children
- One-to-one support for children ages 4 yrs and up
- Free and confidential support
- Free child care during groups
- Transportation assistance if necessary
- Dinner before group sessions
