About this service
Meals On Wheels
Our program meets the nutritional needs of seniors or those with health problems in our community of Dundas who cannot, for any reason, prepare meals for themselves or otherwise arrange for them.
Frozen Meal Program
Nutritious and flavourful home-style meals that have been prepared either fresh or flash frozen.
Transportation Services
A low cost and senior friendly program, designed to support clients who have limited or no other means of transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping.
Friendly Visiting
This program is intended to help individuals maintain social interaction with the community and lessen isolation.
Friendly Calling
Trained volunteers will place call once a week on a set day & time to provide a friendly ear and ensure a seniors well being.
