About this service
Circle of Friends has provided English classes for over 30 years in a welcoming, convenient, downtown community setting. Classes are held at the Victoria Park Community Centre, located within an apartment complex at 155 Queen St. N.
LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) is funded by IRCC. Classes are FREE for LINC students. Classes are held Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Students have a choice of morning classes, afternoon classes or all day classes.
