About this service
Harbour Home opened its doors in February 2015. Six residents receive support in activities of daily living.
Our home is in Hamilton, where the residents are active in the community with jobs at Tim Hortons, Community Living, volunteering at schools, a retirement residence, and a paper route.
The residents attend Rehoboth URC and are active in church life. We have opportunities for relaxation like swimming, walking, biking, and library visits.
We also welcome regular respite guests who may come for a weekend or a week
