Art from the Heart is designed to help people who struggle with difficult emotions, or are chronically ill, isolated and/or who may have had traumatic experiences as a refugee, immigrant or marginalized person. Using various forms of art and creative expression the program works with individuals and groups to improve their overall mental health and well being in a supportive and sensitive environment.
