About this service
The Net is a youth lead initiative that aims to help young people connect, learn, and be engaged in their community. Weve assembled a fantastic youth empowerment team, a collection of students ages 13-18 from the different schools in the Ancaster area that meet monthly to create, plan and organize programs and events. This program allows youth to be stakeholders in their own development, and gives opportunities to make a positive impact through recreation, volunteering, social outings, educational presentations and more! Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@thenetacs) to learn about all the programs readily available for youth in our community.
Would you like to join our Youth Advisory Committee and help make a difference for youth in the community? We are looking for Ancaster-area youth between the ages of 13-18 to meet once a month and brainstorm, plan and execute programs and services for local teens.
