About this organization

Hamilton CAPC provides supports and programs to families with children aged newborn to six in east Hamilton. We assist families in the areas of child health, parenting strategies and community engagement. Programs and services are provided through partnerships with ten child and parent programs.

Assistance is also available in Hamilton CAPCs main office for referrals, information and community support. The office is located in the Dominic Agostino Riverdale Community Centre at 150 Violet Drive.

Hamilton CAPC is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada and its sponsoring agency is the Social Planning and Research of Hamilton.

The Hamilton CAPC catchment area is east Hamilton with the area boundaries of Lake Ontario (north), 50 Road (east), Mud Street (south) and Strathearne Road (west).
