About this service
The Valuable Volunteer Program works to reduce social isolation. It offers enhanced one-on-one staff support, customized training and job preparation options, and placement with accessible and fulfilling volunteer opportunities. VVP works to reduce the barriers experienced by any person that identifies as living with disability or mental illness in our region who wants to contribute their time in a meaningful way. "If it wasn't for the staff at Volunteer Sudbury, I wouldn't be at Pioneer Manor. The hours are perfect, and the atmosphere is delightful helping the Tuck Shop and with activities!"
